This cartridge contains a battery and a pair of pediatric electrodes. Samaritan Pad defibrillators work with a 2-in-1 module that you can easily replace it. The electrodes are always disposable and this PediPak is suitable for the resuscitation <of children under 8 years and patients weighing less than <25 kgs. By inserting the PediPak, the defibrillator recognises that it is a pediatric cartridge and will lower the amount of energyto ensure an effective effect on the body of a small child. The PediPak can be used for 60 minutes straight or for 30 shocks of 50 joules. If the defibrillator is left in Stand-by mode, the PediPak will last approximately 3.5 years.
